The Basement

The Basement package offers clients exclusive use of the entire floor.  This includes two conference rooms and a small kitchen fitted with fridge, kettle and microwave. 

The main room can accommodate up to 100 delegates theatre style, creating the perfect area for presentations or training sessions.  It has direct level access to the street, facilitating easy access for those with limited mobility and the main space is then entered via four integral steps or a gentle ramp.

Adjacent to the main room is the Basement’s smaller room, suitable for groups of up to 20 delegates.  It could also be used for catering and refreshments whilst the main room is used for other activities.
